Standard builds take between 8-16 weeks depending on complexity. Large armor projects or gowns with heavy embroidery may take up to 6 months. We recommend booking at least 5 months before your event.
Do you ship internationally? expand_more
Yes! We ship worldwide using fully tracked and insured courier services. Large props and armor are meticulously crated to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What materials do you use? expand_more
We use a mix of high-density EVA foam, Worbla, 3D printed resin/filament, and premium textiles including silk, leather, and brocade. We select materials based on screen accuracy and durability.
How do payments work? expand_more
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your slot and purchase materials. The remaining 50% plus shipping is due once the build is completed but before delivery. Monthly payment plans can be arranged for high-tier builds.
